  1. About These Terms of Purchase

    1.1 These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply when you, as a private individual, make a purchase from realdesignclub.com. By purchasing from the Website, an agreement is made between you and Real Design Club AB, with organizational number SE559486231901 and address at Vintergatan 7, 417 58, Gothenburg, Sweden (“Real Design Club AB,” “us,” or “we”).

  2. Agreement and Order

    2.1 When you make a purchase on the Website, you agree to these Terms, which apply to all our sales. You must also be over 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law, such as not being under guardianship.

    2.2 Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a receipt at the email address provided at checkout. This receipt confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is only formed when we confirm your purchase and send a final order confirmation with a receipt. Before the final order confirmation with a receipt is sent, we reserve the right to reject your order in whole or in part in accordance with our Fair Use policy, if incorrect information was provided at checkout, if there are suspicions of fraud, or due to a stock-out. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    2.3 When placing your order, you may create a personal account with us. By logging in, you can access your current orders at any time.

    2.4 We reserve the right to stock limitations.

  3. Prices and Payment

    3.1 The prices valid at the time of the order, as shown on the Website, apply. All prices include applicable VAT.

    3.2 If the price or information of a product listed on the Website is incorrect and you knew or should have known this, the price or information does not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    3.3 We offer different payment options, which you can select during your order. Extra charges may apply depending on the payment method chosen. You can find further information on our payment options and fees on our website. Both we and the payment service providers reserve the right to choose the payment options offered from time to time.

    3.4 Reservation of Funds. If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved until: 1) we debit the amount when we dispatch the goods; or 2) the funds are released in accordance with your card issuer’s agreement.   4. Gift Cards

    4.1 Real Design Club AB gift cards may be used as a payment method on the Website. If the gift card value exceeds the current purchase amount, the remaining balance will be stored on the gift card and can be used for a future purchase until the card’s expiration date. Only one gift card may be used per purchase.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    5.1 We partner with selected logistics providers such as DHL, Schenker, and Nostnord.

    5.2 In line with our "no waste" vision, all items are produced after we receive your order. The estimated production and delivery time varies, as items are made and shipped from our factories in Poland, Germany, and Sweden. In most cases, delivery is within 1-3 weeks. In some cases, delivery may be split, with any additional costs covered by Real Design Club AB.

    5.3 Ownership and risk of products transfer from Real Design Club AB to you once you have received the products from the carrier. If you have approved that the carrier may leave the products outside your door, you are considered to have received the products once they have been placed there, as verified by the carrier’s GPS positioning or photograph. You then assume the risk if the package is stolen after delivery.

  6. Unclaimed Packages

    6.1 You are responsible for accepting or picking up your package according to the instructions provided upon delivery. Packages not picked up within the time indicated on the notice will be returned to our warehouse. We have the right to charge a fee covering our shipping costs if you fail to pick up your package.

  7. Offers, Discount Codes, and Gifts

    7.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers (“Offer”). Such Offers are only valid during the period specified in connection with the Offer and while supplies last, and under the conditions specified in connection with the Offer. Offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated on the website. You must enter any code or otherwise activate the Offer before completing your purchase to take advantage of it.

  8. Right of Withdrawal and Return

    8.1 According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives the product purchased on the website. We offer a 30-day return policy period for our customers. If you wish to return an item within that time frame, you may do so, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    9.1 If there is an issue with your product, you have the right to make a claim in accordance with the consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.

  10. Fair Use Policy

10.1 To shop with Real Design Club, the following is required: - You have the intention of keeping the products you order. - You do not attempt to mislead us regarding your identity or falsely present yourself as a consumer to shop with us. - You do not exert undue pressure or threats toward our staff in connection with purchases and returns or customer service inquiries. - You do not attempt to commit fraud or otherwise act with the intent to violate applicable laws.

11.1 Real Design Club AB is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to extenuating circumstances and such circumstances make fulfillment impossible, hinder or delay fulfillment.

12.1 Real Design Club AB reserves the right to amend these Terms. However, the Terms you agreed to at the time of purchase will always apply to that purchase. Any amendments will be shown in the latest published version of the Terms on the website.
