Refund policy
Returns
Have you changed your mind entirely or want to exchange for something else? No problem. You have a 30-day exchange right from the date you received your item. You’re welcome to unpack and inspect the items, but both the product and packaging must remain in original condition, with any tags intact. The return shipping is paid by the customer. The exchange policy does not apply to gift card purchases, special order items, or if you have used the product.
Complaints
If you discover a defect in your item, we will, of course, replace it with a flawless one. The right to file a complaint covers all types of manufacturing defects and applies under normal use. If you do not wish to keep the item, it must be returned as soon as possible after receipt. If the item has been damaged during transport, you should photograph the damage and immediately inform us at info@realdesignclub.com.
How to Submit a Return:
If you wish to return or file a complaint about an item, please contact customer service at info@realdesignclub.com and provide your order number. We will then send you instructions on how to proceed. We cannot guarantee any compensation for items returned without first notifying our customer service.
If the original packaging is broken, you are responsible for ensuring the item is well-packed for transport. The carrier may refuse to accept items that are visibly inadequately packaged. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine any reduction in the refund amount.
Refund
Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that processing the transaction may take up to 14 days after we have received the item.
